  1. Email Sending Options
    • Send emails to Record Email fields or Lookup Fields with a simple button click.
    • Automate email delivery using Custom Actions in workflows for Records or Related Records.
  2. Flexible Email Composition
    • Populate To/CC/BCC fields with Record Emails, Lookup Fields Emails, or specific field values without manual input.
    • Optionally, include additional custom email addresses.
  3. Attachment Support
    • Attach files from multiple sources:
      • Desktop
      • Mail Merge
      • Attachments module in Records
      • File/Image Upload fields in Records
  4. Email Log Management
    • All emails are logged in the Email Logs Module, ensuring tracking and avoiding spam.
    • For bulk emails (via List View or Related Records), logs are generated first, and up to 5 emails are sent per minute to comply with anti-spam regulations.

    • Resend previously sent emails directly from the Log Module.

How to Install

Follow these simple steps to install the Google Address Toolkit in your Zoho CRM:

  • Log in to your Zoho CRM account with administrator credentials.
  • Navigate to Zoho Marketplace, Search for  Easy Email for ZOHO CRM, or  Go to the Link.
  • Choose your subscription package and follow the procedure.
  • Once installed. it will redirect to the Setting Page of Extension.
  • Click on ‘Authenticate Zoho’ button and authenticate for Zoho.
